Validity: All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Seasonal or promotional vouchers are subject to specific validity.
Redemption: Advance booking required. Physical or electronic gift voucher must be present on the day appointment. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Cancellations & Amendments: At least 48 hours is required prior to your scheduled appointment time. Full service rate will be charged or redeemed otherwise.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers can only be used by the intended recipient.
