We have taken every precaution to ensure your online shopping experience is enjoyable and secure. As a good internet practise, it is recommended you close your browser when you have completed your online shopping. We also do not store or retain complete credit card details on our website, database or any communications associated with the website.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

You may cancel any order before delivery or within 7 days of receipt of the ordered products.

We can only offer a refund on products that have not been opened.

Unopened means in the original sealed packaging surrounding the individual product.

You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. There are no re-stocking charges. Credit for your order will be applied to the same account under which payment was made.

We cannot control shipping accidents or products that may be damaged in transit. It is highly unlikely, however if your order has been damaged in transit, simply refuse it upon delivery, or contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Due to the nature of skin care products, any order which in our sole determination has been opened, is not refundable.

Shipping and Timing

Thai Square Spa and iMantara process orders Monday through Friday and we deliver products by the Royal Mail service. Orders received after 3:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. We cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Free deliveries and all the delivery quoted on the website is applicable to UK shipping only.
